How does Meetwin work?
Meetwin is an entertainment app that lets you discover your lookalikes — people who resemble you — through facial recognition. Create your profile, add a few photos, and find the faces closest to yours.
What is the minimum age?
Meetwin is restricted to people aged 18 or over. Our child safety standards set out the measures we apply.
How do I manage my subscription?
Your subscription is managed from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. The applicable conditions are in our terms of sale.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. The full procedure is here, and you can also write to us at contact@meetwin.fr.
How do I report or block someone?
From the profile or the conversation concerned, use the report and block options: they send us the context directly. You can also contact us at contact@meetwin.fr.
